The rates information is on a password protected page. Some companies may not want to have the rates they pay to contractors readily available. To satisfy this need for privacy while still making my current rates available to those who need it, a user_name and password are required to access the information. A password can be requested from kallen@akaka.com. Please, identify yourself and your job title.

An hourly rate is the preferred method of payment. A fixed bid contract will only be considered for very well defined projects.
